Black Rock Mountain Event Center doors generally open 60 minutes prior to the event start time, however, doors may open 90 minutes prior to the event start time for special events.

Black Rock Mountain Event Center brings the best concerts, family shows, sporting events, and a variety of other special events to Park City audiences.

Items not permitted include, but are not limited to:

• Weapons of any kind
• Outside food, drinks, or alcohol
• Illegal drugs/substances
• Large or oversized bags/back-packs (over 12" x 12" x 6")
• Laser pointers
• Animals (except service animals)
• Fireworks
• Wallet chains
• Tablets or electronics larger than a tablet
• Cameras with interchangeable/detachable lens; lenses greater than 4" (no professional photography unless authorized by Black Rock Mountain Event Center)
• Drones
• Strollers; baby seats and child carriers
• Beachballs, balloons, inflatables
• Solicitation of any kind; unapproved sampling; pamphlet distribution
• Noise making devices (air horns, whistles, bells, etc.)
• Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods
• Black Rock Mountain Event Center will determine other prohibited items on a case by case basis.

If you lose an item while you are at an event, please call 435-657-7272 ext 6 to see if it has been turned in. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the team to look for your item and respond back to you. The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days.

Black Rock Mountain Event Center is located at 895 W Peace Tree Trail in Heber City, UT. Parking is located on the roof.

No outside food or drink is permitted; concessions may be open depending on the event.

Yes. Black Rock Mountain Event Center is directly connected to Black Rock Mountain Resort, allowing guests to move seamlessly between the Event Center, dining venues, and accommodations without needing to drive, making it an ideal place to stay when attending events.

Yes. Guests are welcome to leave their car parked at the Event Center while dining at the hotel and walking between the two. The close connection makes it easy to enjoy both without needing to move your vehicle. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes during peak event times.

Black Rock Event Center has a no-bag policy for all ticketed events. Diaper bags are allowed when accompanied by a child. Bags carrying medical items such as prescription medication, EpiPens, asthma inhalers, breast pumps, and any other special medical or accessibility device equipment are permitted regardless of bag size.

There are two elevators at Black Rock Event Center. One is on the south end of the building, and the other is at the north end. On event days, the south elevator is accessible to all Event Center ticket holders starting one hour before the event begins for entry.

Children 2 & under do not require their own ticket as long as they sit on a lap.

Ice utilization is public, and anyone may request to rent the ice. At this time, we do not offer skate rentals or individual open‑skate sessions. All ice rentals must be reserved in advance.

Yes. Ice rentals are expected to take place year‑round, subject to event schedules, league play, and maintenance periods.

Black Rock Mountain Event Center is the official home Ice of the Utah Outliers. We also serve as the home ice for the Park City Pioneers.
